Natasha Edwina, M.A., M.S.

Are you:

  • going through a season of trauma now (divorce or other life-shattering change)?

  • in a good place but want to increase your container for bliss, pleasure, and joy?

Then this is the small group experience for you!

It’s my personal passion and commitment to offer the highest integrity, safe, trauma-informed, theory and science-based yet experiential transformative experience with luxury and comfort in mind (I have 20+ yrs experience working in high-end hospitality as well!).

Because to sustainably heal humanity we need to INCLUDE:

💕 Mind, body, and spirit

💕 All cultures, races, sexes, genders, political parties, religions

Our power is in our ability to connect and to simultaneously stand in our individual sovereignty.

Let’s spread INCLUSION!

MEET YOUR HOST

Hi, I’m Natasha!

I’m a California licensed marriage and family therapist, certified coach, certified hypnotherapist, certified nutrition advisor, and mind-body medicine practitioner.

From 2008-2015, I was working in the public school system as a mental health clinician. I was doing a version of these groups + trauma-informed chair yoga (TLS as taught by B.K. Bose, PhD) with traumatized parents, teachers and students for eight years. It helped accelerate healing, beyond the medical model, and often my clients did not need medication. We heal faster and more sustainably through community.

Implementing a version of this work in the public school system I saw the shifts take place. Because of this experience, I deepened my graduate education in Mind-Body Medicine focusing on spontaneous spiritual awakenings and Kundalini awakening (and I got certified in coaching, hypnosis and nutrition). My work is the intersection of relationship science and health science, and I’ve infused the art + philosophy of these deeply healing modalities into:

☀️ Intensives at luxury wellness retreats
☀️ Weekly groups at wellness centers
☀️ Online groups since 2020

The science of relationship is my jam…couples, families, corporations, communities, cultures and of course our primary relationship with ourselves and our deep self-care. This is an essential lifestyle practice for anyone wanting to lead a successful, joyful, and prosperous life.

In this video, Shophar is demonstrating Qi gong, an ancient moving meditation that has evidence as a helpful intervention for cancer, depression, and mental focus. You can see the iguana is charmed by him and drawn in by his energy!

In INCLUSION, you will learn and practice a variety of evidence-based mind-body techniques for enhancing health and well-being.

Shophar Graves is my co-facilitator for INCLUSION! Shophar began studying Qi Gong in 2002 and Energy Body Work in 2007.  Shophar learned from systems of Tantra, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, Hebrew Kabbalah, African Spirituality (Egyptian Tree of Life and IFA) and he uses knowledge from each modality within this unique work.

He is also the author of S.O.L, Sacred Orgasmic Living, which focuses on helping people understand how to have more Intimacy in life so that they experience more Peace and Pleasure.

He adds his knowledge, wisdom, perspective, energy healing/qigong to our experience.

This is where science meets spirituality.

💕 12-week group is kept intentionally small with 10 participants so that each person is sharing their sensations and awarenesses in each and every session.

💕 It’s important to attend all sessions to build safety and intimacy in the group and benefit from the depth of the process. Emergencies come up but if you miss more than two sessions, you’ll be asked to leave the group.

💕 This process is highly personalized and group sessions are subject to change depending on the needs of the group. Highly skilled guest practitioners may attend some sessions.

I was wanting tools to recognize and release trauma and the barriers Trauma created and I was not disappointed:) And tools to release negative energy and navigate this painful time of transition.” - INCLUSION Alumni

  • “I joined this group at a time of great transition and upheaval in my life, in everyone’s life. Natasha’s guidance and this group helped get me unstuck, physically and emotionally.” - INCLUSION Alumni

  • “Natasha is genuine, kind and my time with her helped me to heal. Her guided meditations are gentle and effective.” -LR

  • “This group has helped me become more of a spiritual person. I used to think of my emotions as too much or not necessary because of some influences and people in my life - but now I view it as self care and well-being. I’m more emotionally in tune and I’m not afraid of feeling the feels anymore.” - INCLUSION Alumni

  • “My perspective of the future has become a lot more hopeful and exciting. I couldn’t think of the future before this group began. I was always afraid that my future would hurt those around me because of the things that I want my future to entail. However, I know now that I can get there and that I’ll be okay in the future and not as scared of the unknowns.” -INCLUSION Alumni

  • “The most valuable part of INCLUSION is the people themselves and the safe place that Natasha and Shophar helped create. Being with the people in this group really helped me build a practice that I was really struggling with creating on my own. To have that weekly touchstone and lesson and to be learning alongside everyone else in the group was incredibly valuable.” - INCLUSION Alumni

  • “My participation in your groups have physically and emotionally benefited me and I feel clearer about my life path. I am more present and able to let go of self-doubt. Natasha is amazing, authentic, warm, and knowledgeable." - Mind-Body Skills Group Alumni
